Job description
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients across a range of transformation programmes, helping to shape challenges, support delivery, and ensure meaningful business outcomes are achieved.
You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle of transformation work, including:
- Supporting early-stage discovery and problem shaping
- Working with clients to define requirements, priorities and delivery approach
- Translating business challenges into structured, deliverable solutions
- Collaborating closely with technical SMEs and delivery teams
- Supporting delivery across areas such as process, systems, data and change
- Remaining involved through implementation to ensure solutions deliver real value
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to contribute, not just coordinate.
Requirements
We’re interested in candidates with experience across digital or technology-enabled transformation, including:
- Experience within a consulting environment (Big 4 or similar is desirable, but not essential)
- Exposure to transformation programmes involving ERP, CRM, data, cloud, or AI
- Strong business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience across private sector clients
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and contribute within small, high-performing teams
Benefits & conditions
- The chance to work closer with clients earlier in your career, with greater exposure to senior stakeholders and high-impact projects
- Opportunity to gain broader responsibility across both strategy and delivery, with the opportunity to shape outcomes rather than work in a siloed role
- A growing consultancy with clear progression opportunities as the team continues to expand
- The chance to take increasing ownership over time, including client delivery, team leadership and wider business responsibilities
- Be part of a growing function with multiple hires planned and strong long-term growth ambitions
- Hybrid working model with a London/South East focus, alongside a competitive salary and bonus structure based on experience
