Requirements

Degree and/or Equivalent ( 8+ years’ experience in User experience )

  • Equivalent is equal to 12+ years working in User Experience; or Certification in UX through a program such as, HFI or General Assembly, and 8+ years working experience in User Experience

  • A LINK TO THE CANDIDATES PORTFOLIO IS REQUIRED

Technical Skills

(Required)

  • Expert Figma skills - including Make

  • Up-to-date with the latest features in Figma and knows how and when to apply them

  • Low/mid and high-fidelity visuals

  • Prototyping

  • IA flows and other experience flow diagrams

(Desired)

  • Knowledge and/or experience in enterprise native mobile applications
  • Knowledge of on-highway and fleet logistics.

Soft Skills

(Required)

  • Knowledge and/or experience in equipment mgmt. or adjacent industry such as airlines, mapping apps, Oil & Gas, Fintech or etc.

  • Excellent communication

  • Self-starter

Considerations For Top Candidates:

  • Experience designing for enterprise applications specifically

  • Someone who is a UX ‘generalist and not necessarily specialist

  • Someone with a lot of mobile experience and wanting to continue on mobile technology

  • A collaborator, someone who is not afraid to jump in and speak up while learning

  • Has and can demonstrate excellent Figma file hygiene and technical knowledge

Benefits & conditions

Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)

  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)

  • Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)

Interaction with team:

  • In addition to working with directly with engineering and product teams, you will collaborate with your team of 8 designers and 3 researchers. You will collaborate with 5 additional team members based in India.

  • You may also have the opportunity to collaborate with other UXers in the broader organization for cross-application or app convergence experiences
