Job description

  • Assist with installation, routing, and securing of fiber and copper cabling in outdoor and campus environments
  • Support trenching, conduit placement, and pathway preparation for network infrastructure
  • Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of cabling systems
  • Maintain organization of materials, tools, and work areas on active job sites
  • Follow project plans, safety standards, and team direction to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

Operations, Warehousing Low Voltage Landscaping Construction Fiber Optics Outside Plant Copper Cabling Network Routing Safety Standards Strong Work Ethic Business Valuation Willingness To Learn, We are seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to join a growing data center project in Clarksville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to build a career in the data center and infrastructure space, with a focus on outside plant (OSP) work.

If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a fast-paced environment, and contributing to large-scale infrastructure projects, this role offers strong exposure to the data center industry with room to grow your technical skillset., * Any hands-on work experience (construction, landscaping, warehouse, mechanical, electrical, or similar)

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
  • Reliable transportation to the job site __________________

Preferred (but not required):

  • Exposure to cabling, fiber optics, or low-voltage work
  • Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects
  • Basic understanding of safety practices in a job site environment, * Hands-on experience in a high-demand, fast-growing industry
  • Exposure to large-scale data center infrastructure projects
  • Opportunity to develop technical skills in OSP and fiber/network systems
  • Pathway to advance into more specialized or technical roles over time

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clarksville, TN. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
