MK Wholesaler is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Data Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and seamless management of our online data systems, directly supporting our business operations and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily online data entry, validation, and updates to ensure high-quality data standards.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot any issues affecting data flow or integrity.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to implement process improvements and automation.
• Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and operational planning.
• Maintain documentation related to data operations, workflows, and best practices.
• Assist in training team members on data management tools and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Do you have experience in Team training?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in data operations, data entry, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM platforms).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies or errors quickly.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or wholesale industry data processes is a plus.
