Job description

  • Monitor data quality metrics and conduct regular audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Develop and implement data cleansing and validation processes.
  • Collaborate with IT, analytics, and business teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Document data quality issues and track resolutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in designing data quality dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Train team members on data quality standards and best practices.
  • Participate in data governance committees and contribute to policy development.

  • 2+ years of experience in data quality management, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency with data quality tools, databases (SQL), and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying data issues.
  • Experience in the wholesale or retail industry is a plus but not required.
