Associate/ Associate Director - Systems

Implement MBSE methodologies and practices in project execution. Create and maintain system architecture models using Sparx Enterprise Architect or a comparable tool. Participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of full systems engineering lifecycle processes. Engage with key stakeholders to develop ontology, system definition and ensure alignment of project requirements and objectives. Opportunities for project management and leadership responsibilities.

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline. Significant Systems Engineering experience. Rail Industry experience is preferable. Demonstrated knowledge and application of MBSE methodologies. Experience with modelling tools such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability in effective stakeholder engagement. INCOSE ASEP Certification. Chartered Engineer status, or strong progress towards it.
