IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to lead and support Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, endpoint security, backup readiness, vendor coordination, and cybersecurity improvement initiatives., This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who can manage day-to-day technology operations while also improving security, documentation, governance, and long-term IT resilience for a growing small-to-mid-sized business environment., · Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, licensing, groups, and administrative access.

· Implement and maintain identity security controls, including MFA, Conditional Access, role-based access, least privilege, and user access reviews.

· Support endpoint security, device onboarding, Windows 10/11 configuration, encryption, patching, and secure workstation standards.

· Improve cybersecurity controls for email security, endpoint protection, account security, data protection, and administrative governance.

· Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, onboarding/offboarding checklists, access standards, and technical documentation.

· Evaluate and coordinate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity improvements for Microsoft 365, endpoints, and critical business data.

· Coordinate with MSPs, SaaS vendors, telecom providers, internet providers, and other technology partners.

· Support tenant setup, domain/DNS coordination, Microsoft 365 cleanup, migration planning, and secure cloud adoption projects.

· Prepare IT roadmaps, project plans, risk summaries, and leadership updates related to infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology modernization.

· Design repeatable IT governance and cybersecurity practices that improve security, reliability, and operational continuity across small and mid-sized business environments.

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

· 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, identity management, endpoint management, or related IT operations.

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, endpoint security, access control, backup planning, networking, and vendor coordination.

· Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, MFA, least privilege, endpoint protection, data protection, backup/recovery, and IT risk management.

· Ability to manage technical projects, document processes, coordinate vendors, and communicate clearly with business leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

· Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint governance, and cloud migration planning.

· Experience supporting small or mid-sized business environments with limited internal IT resources.

· Experience working with MSPs, SaaS providers, business application vendors, and external technology partners.

· Knowledge of IT governance, disaster recovery, business continuity, compliance documentation, and cybersecurity maturity improvement.
