Data Analyst, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations team within the ISAT Data & Automation function. In this role, you will analyze identity data, deliver actionable insights, and build scalable reporting and automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools.

You will work in a collaborative, agile environment to improve operational efficiency, enhance risk visibility, and support data-driven security decision-making. What You’ll Do Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze large, complex identity and access datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators
• Transform raw data into actionable insights that support IAM operations and decision-making
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across multiple systems

Reporting & Visualization

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Create intuitive visualizations to track IAM metrics, KPIs, and compliance requirements
• Maintain and enhance reporting solutions for accuracy and usability

Automation & Low-Code Development

• Build workflows using Power Automate and applications using Power Apps
• Develop low-code solutions to streamline IAM processes
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency

Data Engineering & Integration

• Extract and integrate data from databases, APIs, and enterprise systems
• Prepare and transform datasets using tools like Alteryx or similar platforms
• Support scalable data pipelines and reusable data assets

Agile Delivery

• Work within a Jira-driven agile framework, managing stories and tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver incremental value
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with IAM, engineering, and risk teams to understand data needs
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Clearly communicate insights, findings, and recommendations

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with large datasets and data analysis techniques
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing business cases and presenting insights
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry
• Experience with data analysis, manipulation, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and data querying
• Experience using Jira in an agile environment
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
