Job description

  • Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Hardware (PCs, Server, Peripheriegeräte)
  • Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Upgrades und Hardwareaustausch
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Hardwaresystem
  • Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Geräten für den Einsatz beim Kunden
  • Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen, Wartungen und Lösungen
  • Unterstützung des IT-Support-Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Bereich von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Technisches Interesse und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Standardsoftware wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
