Job description

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD & Service implementations across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Support phases.
Configure and deploy Service Module functionalities including warranty, repairs, and service order management.
Integrate SAP Service processes with SD for seamless order-to-cash operations.
Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, SI partners, and vendors for successful delivery.
Support testing cycles including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
Assist with data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.

Requirements

10+ years of SAP SD experience with strong S/4HANA Service Module expertise.
Hands-on experience with:
Warranty Management
In-House Repair
Service Order Processing
SAP SD Integration
Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation/implementation programs.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integrations and architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA / SD Certification
Experience with global rollouts
