SAP Controlling & Project Systems Lead

We are seeking an SAP Controlling & Project Systems (CO/PS) Lead to support enterprise planning, cost management, project accounting, and financial oversight activities within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will work closely with finance, project management, and business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions that support organizational objectives., Lead SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS) functional workstreams.

Facilitate requirements gathering, process analysis, and business process design workshops.

Support budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, cost planning, and cost management processes.

Develop functional specifications, solution designs, and implementation recommendations.

Support system testing, deployment, training, and user adoption activities.

Collaborate with finance, project management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

Provide guidance on SAP best practices and process improvements within SAP S/4HANA.

8+ years of ERP consulting experience.

2+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.

Public sector or government project experience.

Deep expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) and/or SAP Project Systems (PS).

Experience leading functional teams, project workstreams, and client engagements.

Experience supporting enterprise financial management, planning, and cost control processes.

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
