Job description

In the Workday Principal Consultant role, you will deliver medium complexity talent technology projects with deep SME knowledge in workday recruiting and ATS implementation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will focus on deploying talent acquisition technologies with integrations into mid-market and enterprise organizations. Our consultants enjoy the opportunities of working with many different organizations as well as being able to learn and maintain certification on multiple technologies., * Lead business analysis activities for Workday Recruiting and Campus ATS implementation projects

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions
  • Analyze current recruiting and campus hiring processes and design future-state workflows
  • Partner with recruiters, HR teams, campus program managers, and technical teams to align business requirements with system capabilities
  • Configure and support recruiting workflows including requisition creation, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, offer approvals, and onboarding triggers
  • Support implementation and optimization of campus recruiting processes for high-volume hiring and event-based recruitment activities
  • Coordinate integrations between ATS platforms, background verification vendors, scheduling tools, CRM systems, and IT provisioning platforms
  • Create functional design documents, process maps, user stories, and detailed business requirement documentation
  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test scripts, and defect tracking processes
  • Validate system configurations and ensure solutions align with approved business requirements
  • Support data migration, system validation, and go-live readiness activities
  • Deliver training sessions and create user guides, SOPs, job aids, and onboarding documentation for recruiters and hiring managers
  • Partner with change management teams to support stakeholder communication, user adoption, and training readiness
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring workflows, and process improvement opportunities post-implementation
  • Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and process enhancement recommendations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting implementation or support

  • Experience with Campus ATS or early careers recruiting programs
  • Strong understanding of recruiting lifecycle processes and onboarding workflows
  • Knowledge of ATS integrations, recruiting operations, and workflow automation
  • Experience in requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments preferred

What we offer:

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration outside of New York is 88,000 -125,700 , and New York - 91,550 - 144,555 plus applicable benefits.
