Requirements

3+ Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations (Lead)
Strong ORC configuration (workflows, career sites)
Candidate lifecycle / CRM management experience
Taleo * ORC migration experience (preferred)
PeopleSoft HRMS integration knowledge
Experience in Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models
Strong stakeholder engagement & communication
Functional design & solution standardization experience
SIT/UAT testing & defect resolution leadership
Data migration & validation experience
