We’re looking for a passionate and analytical Research Data Analyst to bring rigor to everything you do, using data, statistics, and storytelling to turn complex research datasets into actionable improvements and strategic business opportunities. What You’ll Do

Most of your work is project-based, partnering with large groups of stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations. A typical project takes you from gathering requirements and designing a methodology, through execution and analysis, to packaging and presenting results to partners.

Alongside that, you’ll help develop and optimize the systems and tools that keep our research workflows consistent and high-quality across all global projects.

Successful candidates will have a strong proficiency in R or Python, and a commitment to data rigor. • Experience in primary data collection preferred, including surveys.
