Project Manager - Salesforce Portal Implementation

A pharma company in Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager to focus on Salesforce Portal Implementation in a Remote capacity. In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of a Salesforce-based patient portal solution for a healthcare environment., * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a Salesforce patient portal implementation project.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, compliance, and executive stakeholders to define business requirements and success criteria.
• Design and implement patient-facing experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and EHR systems, scheduling platforms, identity management systems, and other healthcare applications.
• Oversee testing, user acceptance testing, training, deployment, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * 5+ years of healthcare system implementation experience

• 10+ years of project management experience
• 1+ years managing enterprise Salesforce projects
• Experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud in healthcare environments
• Experience delivering patient engagement, patient portal, or healthcare digital transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient access, scheduling, care coordination, and patient communications
• Experience integrating Salesforce with EHR or EMR platforms
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare security, and data privacy requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies

Desired Skills:

• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with identity and access management, single sign-on, and patient authentication workflows
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
