Entry Level - IT Hardware Technician

• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware for refurbishment and resale.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Document all technical support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Assist with basic IT tasks such as user account management and software updates.
