Job description
As a 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance and support. You’ll work within a friendly service desk environment, troubleshooting issues, resolving tickets, and delivering excellent customer service., * Providing first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote support tools
- Logging, managing, and updating support tickets
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Assisting with password resets, user account management, and device setup
- Escalating more complex technical issues where required
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the support process
- Supporting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking issues
- Ensuring service levels and response times are achieved
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, We’re looking for somebody with a passion for IT and delivering great customer service. You may already have experience within an IT support role or be looking to take the next step in your IT career. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an IT support or helpdesk environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, * IT service management: 1 year (preferred)

- IT Qualification (preferred)
