Job description

The Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Engineer designs and delivers solutions that improve employee productivity and satisfaction by optimizing endpoint and application performance. This role leverages Tanium as the primary DEX platform to provide visibility, automation, and proactive remediation across enterprise endpoints. The engineer partners with IT and business teams to identify issues, implement self-healing solutions, and turn telemetry data into actionable improvements., * Monitor and analyze endpoint and user experience metrics (application performance, device health, network latency) using Tanium.

  • Configure and manage Tanium dashboards, sensors, automations, and remediation workflows.
  • Diagnose and remediate endpoint, application, and connectivity issues through real-time and automated actions.
  • Design and implement data-driven, self-healing solutions using advanced scripting to automate remediation, data collection, and endpoint optimization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to gather requirements and apply DEX insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical teams and leadership using Tanium analytics.

Requirements

Education: An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, automation, or DEX-focused roles is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tanium, including performance monitoring, remediation, and automation.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows endpoint management.
  • Experience analyzing large-scale endpoint telemetry and building dashboards or reports.
  • Familiarity with enterprise endpoint technologies, automation practices, and source control., * A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with Python or similar scripting languages is preferred.
  • Experience with macOS is preferred.
