Job description

  • Lead Quality Assurance activities for the FCCMS project team
  • Plan, organize, and execute testing for new and existing FCCMS functionality
  • Perform Component, Integration, Regression, Performance, and Acceptance Testing
  • Create, execute, and maintain test scripts and test data
  • Analyze testing results, document defects, and provide defect management reporting
  • Work closely with third-party software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and incident review meetings
  • Coordinate defect release management activities
  • Support requirements gathering, functional analysis, and system enhancement reviews
  • Assist with development and maintenance of custom reports
  • Provide end-user support and conduct training/workshops
  • Support transition and turnover activities between SC DSS and SCJB
  • Coordinate migration testing schedules and knowledge transfer activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience using and configuring Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS)
  • 5+ years of experience with:
  • Component Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • Performance Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Acceptance Testing
  • 5+ years of experience summarizing testing results and reporting defects
  • 5+ years of experience developing custom reports

Preferred Skills

  • Experience providing end-user instruction/training
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience in Requirements Gathering, Software Analysis, and Design
  • Previous State Government experience
  • Experience with System Maintenance and Operations
  • Experience testing Judicial or Case Management Systems
  • Experience delivering training sessions/workshops
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience
