Requirements

Solid Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Python, NLP frameworks, SQL, Pandas, NLTK and SPACy.
Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM)
Excellent Communication skills, * Hands-on NLP/AI Expertise: 10+ years in IT with strong Python, SQL, Pandas, NLTK, SpaCy, TensorFlow/PyTorch; deep experience in NLP, Generative AI, and LLM engineering.
End-to-End ML Delivery: Build, train, optimize, and deploy NLP/LLM models; design scalable pipelines; apply MLOps/LLMOps practices for production readiness.
Cloud & Data Engineering: Proven experience with AWS cloud-native solutions, Spark, Airflow, semantic search, and large-scale data processing/cleaning across diverse sources.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Apply advanced statistical/ML methods to complex real-world challenges; deliver accurate, timely insights and recommend effective solutions.
Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, advise on analytic methods, close data gaps, and communicate findings clearly to technical and executive audiences.
