Yes. We recommend completing your pre-check-in on 23 September 2026 to avoid queues on the conference opening day (24 September 2026). Multiple pre-check-in locations and time slots will be available. Final details will be announced closer to the event.

Yes. Workshops require individual registration. Seats are limited to ensure a high-quality, hands-on experience and to maintain a safe and manageable group size. You can view all workshops and register directly in the official WeAreDevelopers Congress app.

Workshops are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and a waitlist will be available once sessions are full. Notifications about workshop registration will be sent via the event app.

Yes. You can reassign your ticket to another person up until shortly before the event starts. The ticket confirmation email includes instructions and a link to update the attendee details.
No. The event has a no-refund policy. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person at any time before the event. Your ticket confirmation email includes instructions on how to update the attendee details.
Your ticket and invoice are sent to you automatically by email right after your purchase. If you don’t receive the email or need the documents again, you can request a resend at tickets@wearedevelopers.com.
No, we do not offer daily tickets for WeAreDevelopers World Congress.
