Madalena Costa builds products for long-term engagement as the Lead Product Designer at Glanceable. Outside of her main role, she runs the Down the Rabbit Hole podcast to explore tech trends and serves as a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador.

Her work focuses on smart product growth and new technologies. Her talk on the retention flywheel breaks down how to build systems that reduce user churn. She also speaks on the practical ways artificial intelligence is shifting the creative process and user-driven design strategies.

She co-leads the Ladies that UX Lisbon community.
