Software Engineering Consultant DevOps / MLOps (m/w/d)

Als Mitglied des Teams der Software Engineering Consultants übernimmst du Verantwortung für unsere zentralen Entwicklungsservices sowie für DevOps‑ und MLOps‑Infrastrukturen. Du arbeitest eng mit Softwareentwicklern, Data Scientists und der IT zusammen und unterstützt projektübergreifend bei der Umsetzung moderner Entwicklungs‑ und Betriebsprozesse.

DEINE AUFGABEN: 

• Entwicklung, Administration und Betrieb von DevOps‑, MLOps‑ und Automatisierungslösungen zur Optimierung unserer Entwicklungs‑ und Betriebsprozesse
• Aufbau und Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Infrastructure‑as‑Code‑Umgebungen
• Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen unter Einsatz moderner Virtualisierungs-, Containerisierungs- und Orchestrierungstechnologien
• Administration und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Entwicklungs‑ und Plattformservices
• Projektübergreifende Beratung, Unterstützung beim Projekt‑Setup und Förderung von Best Practices, Sicherheit und Governance
• Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und aktiver Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Organisation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Software Engineering, IT‑Systemtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen, bevorzugt C# und Python
• Erfahrung mit Container‑Technologien (z. B. Docker) und Container‑Orchestrierung (z. B. Kubernetes) sowie CI/CD‑ und GitOps‑Umgebungen
• Praxiswissen im Umgang mit Linux‑ und Windows‑Systemen sowie mit Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS)
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von KI‑ und ML‑Technologien
• Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit OpenShift bzw. OpenShift AI
• Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie eine selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterung für moderne Technologien
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
