• Professional Experience: With your several years of practical experience in information security or IT security, you bring a strong foundation, ideally complemented by direct exposure to ISO 27001.
• Bonus Points: We're especially pleased if you bring certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, or CISM. Experience with ISO 9001, Business Continuity Management, or integrated management systems is also a plus.
• Implementation Experience: Perhaps you've already demonstrated that you can successfully introduce and implement security measures and operate or develop an ISMS independently.
• ISMS Expertise: Your solid knowledge of common ISMS processes and tools, as well as your deep understanding of ISO 27001 requirements, help you work effectively and proactively.

As Information Security Officer (f/m/d), you ensure that aedifion operates an effective and scalable Information Security Management System (ISMS) that goes far beyond mere compliance. You embed security as a natural part of our corporate culture and guide us toward substantial, lived security.

• ISMS Operations & Development: You take responsibility for operating our ISO 27001 certified ISMS and drive its continuous development forward.
• Effectiveness Monitoring: Through systematic analyses and meaningful metrics, you monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and performance of our ISMS.
• Process Optimization: You continuously improve existing processes, policies, and measures while increasing the degree of automation through the integration of suitable tools.
• Employee Security: With a focus on people, you build impactful awareness and training programs, design secure workplaces, and develop well-thought-out remote work concepts.
• Security Controls Implementation: In close collaboration with IT, HR, Engineering, and Finance, you independently implement security measures and integrate them into existing processes.
• ISMS Scaling: You flexibly adapt the ISMS to our company growth and new requirements while ensuring sustainable scalability.
• Audit & Review Management: You independently conduct internal, external, and customer audits as well as management reviews, ensuring successful certifications.
