Manual QA Engineer

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web applications and APIs.
• Perform manual exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and user experience issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other teams to understand requirements and define quality criteria.
• Document and track bugs.
• Perform regression testing and verify bug fixes.
• Assist in refining QA processes and advocating for quality across teams.
• Contribute to test documentation, product specifications, and user stories.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through structured and exploratory testing. You will play a key role in identifying bugs early on in the development process, ensuring requirements are met, and helping us continuously improve product quality across our legal tech solutions.

• 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and bug management.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

Bonus:
• Experience with Graphql.
• Familiarity with API testing tools.
