Who we are
We bring secure AI infrastructure directly into regulated organizations such as public authorities, hospitals, and insurers. Instead of sending sensitive data to the cloud, our solution runs on-premises at the customer—compliant, secure, and ready to use.
Our 10-person team is working with early customers and preparing for the next growth phase.
What you bring
- Product experience: 3+ years in product management or similar roles, ideally in B2B software
- Technical literacy: Comfortable talking with developers and understanding software architectures
- Customer focus: You listen well, ask the right questions, and think in terms of user value
- Structured working style: You keep a clear overview even with many parallel topics
- Strong communication: You explain complex topics clearly—internally and externally
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) - essential for customer communication and team collaboration
- Bonus: Experience with AI products, compliance topics, or regulated industries
Scope of Work
What you’ll do
You’ll drive our product from strategy to delivery:
- Product development: Define features based on customer feedback and market needs
- Customer insight: Speak regularly with customers, understand their compliance challenges, and translate them into product requirements
- Team coordination: Work closely with engineering and run structured sprints
- Support & Sales: Help with complex customer inquiries and support sales with product expertise
- Backlog management: Prioritize features and keep our ticketing system clean and up to date
