Picnic grew, so did our needs, from groceries to tips to memberships. We rebuilt from the inside out, separating the Core Payments from business logic.
Now every new venture plugs in effortlessly, without slowing us down.

🧠 What we learned?
1. One size did not fit all
2. We had to decouple payment logic from business logic
3. Adapters let each domain (orders, tips, memberships) plug in easily.
