Software Developer

We are looking for motivated Software Engineers to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with U.S. clients on real-world production projects. You will be matched to projects based on your skills and experience rather than being limited to a single technology stack.

This role requires daily communication with U.S. clients, so strong English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with U.S. clients on assigned consulting projects
• Participate in daily meetings, discussions, and technical reviews in English
• Design, build, and maintain software solutions based on project needs
• Collaborate with internal team members and client stakeholders
• Adapt quickly to new projects, technologies, and business domains

Requirements

• Native-level or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving ability
• Professional experience in software development (any stack)
• Comfortable working with clients and explaining technical concepts clearly
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Technical Stack

• No fixed tech stack
• Engineers are matched to projects based on their strengths and experience
• Exposure to different technologies and industries over time

The English speaking skill must be at least c2 level.
People who can speak Native level English without an accent are welcome!
(even very little experiences of computer science)
