Software Engineer

The developer will be responsible for:

1️⃣ Backend Development

• Design and implement REST APIs
• Build scalable backend services
• Integrate with third-party APIs
• Optimize database queries and performance
• Write unit and integration tests

2️⃣ Frontend Development (if full-stack)

• Build responsive UI using modern frameworks (React / Next.js / Vue)
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs
• Manage application state
• Improve UX performance and usability

3️⃣ Architecture & Code Quality

• Follow clean code principles
• Participate in code reviews
• Refactor legacy systems when needed
• Maintain proper documentation
• Follow Git workflow and branching strategy

4️⃣ DevOps & Deployment

• Work with Docker
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
• Cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Monitor logs and debug production issues

5️⃣ Collaboration

• Attend daily standups
• Work in 2-week sprint cycles
• Communicate clearly in English
• Provide technical input during planning

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language:
   (Node.js / .NET / Go / Python)
• Solid experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git workflow and collaborative development
• Experience working in Agile / sprint environments

🔴 English Communication (Very Important)

• Fluent English (C2 level or higher) is required
• Must be able to:
  • Communicate clearly in technical discussions
  • Participate confidently in video calls with clients
  • Explain technical decisions and trade-offs
  • Write clear documentation and comments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
