Requirements

+4 years of experience working in software product development.
An expert level in Javascript and you are already familiar with React or eager to dive into.
Experience with Kotlin/Java or high motivation to dive into.
Uphold quality standards in engineering and product development.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
High level spoken and written proficiency in English.

Scope of Work

The transofrmation of our current digital Point-Of-Sale app into a FinTech-platform for SME´s.
New features that impact the daily business of 10.000 entrepreneurs using JavaScript, React, GraphQL.
Supporting our Adnroid Developer using Kotlin.
The whole product development process.
Our new design system.
Readable and well-documented code with meaningful tests that we can ship new releases weekly and without fear.
Refactoring of our outdated legacy codebase to a more modern and lightweight approach.
- The development of a self-service product while having dozens of pair-programming sessions with our Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers.
