Job description

Your daily tasks will include

️ designing and implementing projects with a strong focus on Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) for both mobile frontend and backend applications

️ building sustainable, state-of-the-art software solutions

️ adopting agile methodologies, clean code principles, and test-driven development

️ continuously learning and developing your skills across a wide variety of customized software projects

️ building a relationship of trust with your team and enabling self-organized work

️ establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with clients

Requirements

️ strong knowledge of Kotlin and the cross-platform framework Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), ideally including experience with Compose Multiplatform

️ familiarity with other relevant technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, modern web frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js, and frameworks like Capacitor, Electron, or Quasar is a plus

️ passion for solving complex technical challenges and creating robust software architecture

️ drive for clean code, high software quality, and continuous improvement

️ understanding and challenging the technical requirements of the project before you start programming

️ the belief that a good developer deeply understands both business requirements and technical solutions

️ contributing to the company's impact by coaching less experienced peers across teams and establishing best practices

️ regularly and proactively giving and requesting feedback

️ fluency in both English & German

Benefits & conditions

For Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 60.090 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
