Job description
- As the voice of our customers, you work hand in hand with your agile development team to continuously evolve one of our powerful, multipurpose command and control systems.
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders and product management to define, refine, and prioritize requirements that deliver real user value.
- You dive deep into customer needs and challenges to make sure our solutions truly solve their problems.
- Together with your team, you turn insights into actionable concepts and find smart, impactful ways to bring them to life.
- You take ownership of the team backlog in Jira - setting clear priorities and guiding your team toward delivering maximum customer value.
- You partner with the Scrum Master to run engaging team ceremonies like Iteration Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- You actively connect with other Product Owners to spot and resolve cross-team dependencies early on.
- You make informed, timely decisions and help your team stay focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
- You're passionate about shaping great software in an agile environment and creating real impact for users.
- You work independently, think in solutions, and take ownership of your tasks.
- You value open, honest communication and build strong, collaborative relationships with both your team and stakeholders.
- You're always looking for ways to improve how teams work together -- and you're not afraid to think outside the box.
- You're an engaging communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills, and you naturally bring people together.
- Ideally, you're a trained Product Owner (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe(R) Product Owner, or IREB Requirements Engineer).
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- You're fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around EUR 53,802. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
