Job description

  • Design and deliver robust, efficient, and secure systems with knowledge of software architecture, micro-services, REST APIs and test automation (unit-, integration- and end-to-end tests).
  • Incorporate AI-driven components and agentic architectures to enable adaptive and intelligent system behavior.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to refine model interactions and outputs. Contribute to the development of intelligent agents and workflow automation powered by LLMs and Azure AI.
  • Work closely with product managers and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality solutions in an agile development environment.

Requirements

Are you an experienced .Net Engineer with experience working on building AI features?, * A strong technical foundation with 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with professional background in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure.

  • Proven experience integrating AI capabilities into .NET solutions using Azure AI Services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Speech to Text, and Language Understanding).
  • Experience deploying and monitoring AI-enabled services in cloud environments.
  • Experience working with SQL databases (preferably Azure SQL or Microsoft SQL Server), including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity principles. Ability to design data models that support AI workflows, semantic search, and contextual retrieval.
  • Solid system-level knowledge including a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and DevOps (CI/CD deployment, network operations), and version control (Git).
  • Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, distributed teams. Experience working with SCRUM is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding/prompt engineering using modern tools such as like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, reduce repetitive work, and focus on innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus). Capable of translating technical concepts into accessible language for diverse stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and creativity: the ability to operate with ambiguity and conceptualise new solutions, rather than maintaining the status quo.
  • Strategic Mindset: the ability to evaluate when and why AI should be applied, ensuring alignment with business objectives
