Job description
As an Automation Engineer - Data Analytics and AI, you will design and deliver scalable Manufacturing Analytics solutions, primarily in Radioligand Therapies (RLT), while supporting other data-driven domains. This hands-on role focuses on managing development, ensuring smooth operations, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Architecture, Data Science, DevOps, Security, and Product Owners-to deliver innovative, industry-aligned solutions that create measurable business impact., * Design and develop modular, maintainable software solutions for Manufacturing and cross-functional initiatives.
- Participate in workshops, provide estimates, and propose solutions.
- Maintain code repositories, address bugs and security issues promptly.
- Apply and promote best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with teams across Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Product Management.
- Enable cloud-based data solutions for analytics and integrations.
- Support migration of manufacturing platforms to the cloud.
- Ensure solutions align with architecture, data strategy, and deliver business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on IT/Data.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in customer-facing IT roles is a plus.
- Solid foundation in data engineering, including data management, data analysis, and backend system design.
- Hands-on experience with Data & Analytics solutions (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive).
- Previous experience in manufacturing within the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with D365 and experience driving AI/ML projects (including Generative AI) are desirable.

For this position the minimum salary is € 65.605,54 year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
