Job description
In this role, you are responsible for handling spare parts and repair inquiries for the products and systems we supply in the field of industrial, continuous gas analysis technology. You prepare quotations and orders, coordinate warranty and goodwill cases, manage the spare parts warehouse, and support the service team in day-to-day operations. In doing so, you work closely with internal departments and external partners and contribute to the ongoing optimization of our processes. Through your support, you strengthen the service team in its daily activities and make an important contribution to maintaining our high service quality.
- Creating and maintaining quotations for spare parts, repair services, and service assignments, as well as handling customer inquiries from calculation and order processing to follow-up, delivery, and invoicing.
- Coordinating and managing warranty and goodwill cases in close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, while also supporting daily service operations with administrative tasks.
- Managing the spare parts warehouse, including stock monitoring, incoming goods inspection, booking processes, and inventories, as well as procuring stock and external materials in cooperation with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3.400 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or technical apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk) or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in service back office operations, ideally in a technical environment.
- Strong technical understanding for assessing spare parts and repair processes.
- Very good SAP skills in the relevant modules (SD, MM, CS).
- Confident use of common MS Office applications.
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style, combined with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
