Job description

As part of our QA team, you'll help accelerate delivery and improve the quality of Altova products used by thousands of customers worldwide. You'll work closely with our development and support teams and be actively involved in test planning, execution, and automation., * Prepare and maintain test plans and test cases

Execute manual and automated test suites and review the results
Automate test cases
Document issues and report bugs in our defect tracking system
Verify and re-test issues fixed by the development team

Requirements

Professional experience in software testing (ideally MS Windows applications)
Basic knowledge of shell scripting
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Good English skills, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have:

Knowledge of Node.js
Experience with WebdriverIO
Experience with Eclipse and Microsoft Visual Studio
Experience with Mobile Apps
Basic knowledge of C++
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (ideally MS SQL Server, Oracle, or IBM DB2) and non-SQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB)
Basic knowledge of macOS
