IT Security All-Rounder (Focus: DLP & Cyber Incident Response)

• Develop and maintain IT security policies and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DORA)
• Embed security-by-design in enterprise architecture
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical controls

Technical Security & Implementation

• Define and integrate a cohesive IT security architecture
• Deploy and operate key security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR/XDR, Firewalls, PAM, WAF)
• Strengthen systems and infrastructure through secure configuration

Security Operations & Incident Response

• Lead and support cyber incident investigations and simulations
• Enhance threat detection and response through collaboration with the SOC
• Drive continuous improvement in monitoring and threat prevention
• Role as Security Officer on Call, * Collaborates: We collaborate beyond conventional boundaries
• Finding effective solutions: You aim for simple feasible solutions. You ensure the efficient use of your team′s resources
• Strengthening ownership: You delegate tasks and motivate your team to act independently. You create the framework and provide the necessary freedom to enable this

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS, InfoSec, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in IT Security (governance & technical)
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), incident response, and deploying multi-domain security solutions (Endpoint, Network, Cloud)
• Experience in IT Security architecture, Network/Endpoint/Cloud/IAM/Web Security
• Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) is a plus
• Confident communicator, creative problem-solver, aligns security with business needs
