You will teach adults different topics and help them reach their next career goal as 1 Trainer Full Stack Web Development & Data Science (m/f/d) in part-time (30 hours per week).

Your Tasks

  • Deliver engaging and practical training sessions in web development and python/data science.
  • Support learners with hands-on coding, project work, and career skills.
  • Develop, update and improve training materials.
  • Optionally contribute your own course or project ideas - we love innovation!, * Free trainings and a structured upskilling & development plan to support your growth as both a developer and a trainer.

Hard facts

Requirements

  • You bring real-world programming experience that allows you to shape a curriculum aligned with industry needs and best practices.
  • You have solid experience in web development, ideally with technologies such as HTML & CSS, JavaScript, Angular, PHP, SQL, React, ...
  • You know all about Python and the possible applications of it - You feel comfortable in the field of Data Science (and maybe even Machine Learning)
  • You're open to learning and teaching new technologies as the industry evolves.
  • You have an excellent command of English (spoken & written); additional languages, especially German, are a strong advantage.
  • You're a clear communicator with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
  • You are self-driven and proactive, thriving on taking initiative, managing your own workload, and moving projects forward without constant supervision.
  • You're an independent problem-solver who thinks critically, makes informed decisions, and knows when to reach out for support.
  • You value collaboration and aren't afraid to ask questions, seek feedback, and share ideas to improve both your work and our programs.

Benefits & conditions

  • Possible working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00-16:00 (1-hour lunch break)
  • 30 hours/week contract or Freelance
  • Your salary is based on the Austrian IT collective labour agreement, depending on your previous work experience (starting 2.349 gross/month, 14 times/year)
