We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to strengthen a dynamic and fast-learning IT Cloud Infrastructure Team. This team of six highly motivated professionals is tackling increasingly complex projects, including cloud migrations and hybrid solutions. We need someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and enjoys mentoring others while taking ownership of critical initiatives., * Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the cloud platform
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments
- Automate infrastructure and processes using Terraform
- Support lift-and-shift projects and hybrid cloud solutions
- Collaborate closely with other infrastructure teams (Windows, Linux, virtualization)
- Prepare and execute cloud migrations and explore emerging technologies such as Machine Learning
- Monitor systems, analyze incidents, and resolve issues to minimize downtime
- Share knowledge within the team and occasionally take on lead responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Hands-on experience with scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and automation
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and hybrid architectures
- Communicative, proactive, and calm personality who enjoys mentoring and teamwork
- Excellent English skills (C1); German is a plus
- Completed technical education or equivalent professional experience
