Job description

As a technically exceptional Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) you will lead the architectural design and technical strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on deep technical engagement, early-stage solution shaping and influencing enterprise architecture decisions that drive AI transformation at scale. You will be at the forefront of Microsoft's AI journey, partnering with customers to architect secure, scalable, and extensible Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. In this role, you will empower enterprise customers to embrace AI transformation by driving Copilot usage, aligning business goals with technical capabilities and embedding sustainable change across their organizations. You will be the technical trusted advisor who bridges the gap between technology and people, ensuring that Copilot not only lands, but thrives., Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
  • Architect End-to-End Copilot Solutions: Lead technical discovery, design, and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including extensibility with Copilot Studio, Graph connectors and custom plugins.
  • Drive Technical Depth: Serve as the technical authority on Copilot capabilities, Copilot Studio, including prompt engineering, grounding with Microsoft Graph, and integration with M365 workloads like Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ensure Architecture Excellence: Align Copilot deployments with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and governance standards, leveraging Microsoft Purview, DLP, and Information Protection frameworks.
  • Deliver Readiness & Training: Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and enablement programs to upskill users and ensure Copilot readiness.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales, engineering, and partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.
  • Contribute to IP & Scale: Help build reusable assets, playbooks and best practices to scale adoption efforts across regions.
  • Embrace a growth mindset: Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
  • Learn-it-all: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot and Power Platform. Build and maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Solution architecture?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience

  • Substantial experience in cloud architecture, solution design, or technical consulting.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot technologies and Copilot Studio.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Passion for innovation, customer success and continuous learning.
  • Fluent in English; French or Dutch would be preferred.
