IT Developer - App & Platform

As an App & Platform Developer at 3.LIFE, you will help shape the digital foundation of our healthcare technology. You will develop both the user-facing mobile application and the secure, cloud-based platform that enables healthcare professionals to access and interpret insights. Working closely with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians, you will bring scientific models and algorithms to lifethrough robust, user-friendly, and compliant software., Your role will be diverse and hands-on to the success of our mission. You will:

• Develop and maintain the iOS application that collects physiological data from the Apple Watch and other connected sensors.
• Build and optimise a secure, cloud-based web platform for physicians to view, analyze and interpret patient data.
• Integrate AI algorithms and data models to enable automated reporting, detection, and escalation of clinical events.
• Collaborate closely with the team to translate scientific insights into reliable and user-friendly software.
• Ensure all digital systems comply with GDPR, cybersecurity requirements, and applicable medical software standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in performance, usability and data integrity across the platform.

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Informatics, or a related field.
• Practical experience developing in Swift or SwiftUI, Python, and modern web technologies such as Node.js or React.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and APIs or other data integrations.
• An interest in digital health, data-driven applications and medical technology.
• A team-oriented and quality-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate across disciplines.
• Strong communication skills (in English; Dutch is a plus) and the ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary environment.
