Job description

· Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and related DevOps tools.
· Work with Docker, Nexus, Fortify, Ansible, Helios, and Marvin.
· Prepare Runbooks and present Go/No-Go release decks to stakeholders.
· Collaborate with Agile squads to align release timelines and unblock teams as needed.
· Use Rally or similar Agile tools (e.g., Jira, ADO) to track progress.
· Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and maintain readiness documentation.
· Support production releases during nights or weekends when required.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Rally (agile software)?, We are seeking an experienced Release Engineer / Ops Engineer to manage end-to-end release planning, coordination, and execution in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong CI/CD experience, solid DevOps tool knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across squads to deliver reliable, on-time releases. The candidate should also be willing to support production releases during nights or weekends as needed., · Proficient in Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
· Working knowledge of Docker, Nexus, Fortify, Ansible, Helios, and Marvin.
· Familiarity with Java application builds and testing.
· Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
· Exposure to Agile tools like Rally, Jira, or ADO preferred.
· Ability to perform DR exercises and maintain operational continuity.
· Knowledge of CDD and XBIRD is a plus but not mandatory.
· Flexible and willing to support production releases outside regular hours.
· Knowledge of Banking or Payments domain is an added advantage.
