Job description

We are expanding our Tax Technology Consulting team, a fast-growing and forward-thinking group that helps organisations transform the way they manage tax and finance through technology. To strengthen our commercial impact, we are looking for a Commercial Lead, a tech-savvy commercial professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning innovative technology into tangible business value. You will work in close partnership with senior tax professionals, combining your commercial and technological expertise with their deep domain knowledge. Together, you'll help clients reimagine how tax and finance can operate in the digital era. As a Commercial Lead in Technology, you will be responsible for driving growth of our technology assets and solutions. You'll identify new opportunities, co-create proposals, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your focus will be on helping clients adopt and scale tax technology tools, from automation and data platforms to SaaS applications., * Drive commercial growth by promoting and selling our technology assets and digital solutions.

  • Work in tandem with tax experts, combining commercial and technical insights to deliver integrated, high-value proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior and executive levels.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across key industries and market segments.
  • Translate client needs into tailored technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, technologists, and delivery teams, to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technology sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, enterprise applications, or data-driven platforms.
  • Proven success in selling technology solutions and achieving commercial targets.
  • A strong business mindset and consultative approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with domain experts (e.g. tax, finance or compliance).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
  • Curiosity and interest in tax, finance, and digital transformation, even if you're not a specialist yet.
