Electromagnetic Tool Development Engineer

As an Electromagnetic Tool Development Engineer, you will be part of a high-performing R&D team responsible for the design, development, and integration of electromagnetic field simulators used in PCB, 3DIC and high-speed digital (HSD) applications. Your work will directly contribute to the advancement of simulation tools that address signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI) challenges in modern electronic systems

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Experience with Electro Magnetic (EM) simulation tools and the underlying methodologies

• Understanding of Electromagnetic (EM) simulation techniques
• Proficiency in C++ and Python for scientific computing and tool integration
• Knowledge of software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Soft Skills & Collaboration:

• Proven ability to work effectively in multi-site and multi-cultural team environments
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Leadership experience in guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications: *

• Familiarity with simulation tools for Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
