Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a Functional Enterprise Architect to join a strategic transformation program within a leading organization in the financial sector. This role is part of a broader initiative to rationalize the IT and data landscape and support solution selection processes aligned with enterprise goals., * Map functional needs and business requirements to IT solutions

• Rationalize enterprise architecture across similar functionalities
• Support the Solution Selection Board in defining servicing scope
• Lead solution evaluation and selection aligned with transformation objectives
• Contribute to business case development and strategic decision-making

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture
• Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and Cloud Architecture
• Familiarity with CRM and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions
• Knowledge of data storage and integration strategies
• Ability to build and present business cases
• Experience in the banking industry and service center environments, * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus
