Job description

You will be working in a team that ensures the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our SAP systems. This includes managing technical infrastructure, overseeing release cycles, and supporting business-critical processes through SAP technology.

What you'll do

Release Management (30%)

  • Coordinate and execute SAP software releases and updates, ensuring that all changes are properly tested, documented, and deployed according to schedule. Identify potential risks, communicate with stakeholders, support in post-implementation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

System Management (30%)

  • Monitor and optimise SAP system performance and availability and test SAP patches and upgrades
  • Manage SAP client administration and system troubleshooting
  • Ensure secure and compliant SAP user access and data handling

Process knowledge (20%)

  • Collaborate across teams to align release plans and testing
  • Drive continuous improvement in release and system management
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release calendar of necessary components

Domain knowledge (20%)

  • Obtain and stay current on SAP technology (including SAP Business Technology),
  • Retain domain knowledge and follow SAP related trends,
  • Collaborating with other departments in the organization to identify and implement necessary changes

Requirements

Do you have experience in System administration?, * Experience with S4Hana

  • Proven experience in SAP system administration and release management
  • Strong understanding of SAP Business Technology and related trends
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate clearly
  • Experience with SAP patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, (J)SOX, and NIS2 compliance standards
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
