Functional Tester (Angular/React)

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a skilled Functional Tester for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.

Role & Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test cases based on functional specifications.
• Testing across platforms including Web Applications built in Angular and Mobile Applications developed in React.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using issue tracking tools.
• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Performing regression testing and participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Providing feedback on usability and user experience from a functional perspective.

Technical Skills

• Writing and executing manual test cases and test scripts.
• Testing Angular-based web applications and React Native mobile apps.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Automation testing is considered a strong asset, especially using Selenium.
• Ability to read and understand functional and technical documentation.
