- Lead, coach, and support the infrastructure team while improving collaboration and growth.
- Manage and optimize the Windows Server and hybrid infrastructure in line with SLAs.
- Ensure security, lifecycle management, automation, and compliance with internal standards.
- Drive infrastructure projects, budgeting, and capacity planning within your domain.
Requirements
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for infrastructure and leadership? We're looking for a IT System Engineer Lead to take ownership of a stable, secure, and future-ready Windows Server environment. In this role, you'll guide a technical team and play a key role in shaping the organization's IT backbone. A challenging position with real impact, in an innovative and fast-evolving environment., * At least 5 years of experience with Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, virtualization (VMWare), and PowerShell. Knowledge of Azure and SQL is a plus.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with experience in team coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Customer-oriented, analytical, and fluent in English with good command of Dutch
