As aLinux System Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical infrastructure that supports millions of users across Europe. You'll ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across our systems - working within a dynamic team that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement., * Design, deploy, and maintain secure, high-availability Linux-based systems and services.

  • Administer and optimize enterprise environments including Red Hat, CentOS, Debian, or equivalent distributions.
  • Manage automation and configuration using Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resilience and uptime of critical services.
  • Implement and maintain robust backup, disaster recovery, and security mechanisms.
  • Collaborate closely with network, DevOps, and security teams to deliver scalable and efficient IT infrastructure.
  • Participate in technology evolution initiatives - from automation to containerization and cloud integration.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Red Hat/CentOS, system security, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solver, and strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset.
