After a thorough training by some of our best developers, you will be responsible for the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel/PHP and/or Java/Spring Boot.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality with efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and internal standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, with a focus on technical mastery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates or technical guidance.

We're looking for a Medior/Senior Software Developer who thrives in a dynamic, multi-client environment and wants to grow into a technological expert.
You'll work across multiple projects for a diverse set of clients, primarily using Laravel/PHP and/or Java, depending on your expertise and interests. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, translating business needs into high-quality technical solutions. - Dutch at C2-Level
- Solid experience with Laravel and/or Spring Boot development
- Excellent knowledge in front end development (e.g., Vue.js, React, HTML/CSS)
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and adapting to different client needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and openness to client interaction
- A clear ambition to grow into a technical expert, * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or cloud environments
- DevOps knowledge or exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Good knowledge of Docker
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech blog or other extracurricular activities
- Ambition to coach juniors on a technical level
